- With this visa you can
- Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
- Travel to and from Indonesia.
- Carry out employment-related activities or attending education, as long as it has been reported to Immigration (using the multiple activity reporting process).
- You must
- Be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia.
- Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws.
- Report on the compliance of commitments within 90 days after the date of entry.
- Other information
- If you meet the conditions, you will automatically obtain the electronic limited stay permit (e-ITAS) and the Re-Entry Permit upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint (you do not need to go to the immigration office to obtain a Limited Stay Permit and Re-Entry Permit).
- In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office.
- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
- You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia
- Document Requirement
- Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
- Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000 (two thousand United States Dollars) or equivalent.
- A recent color photograph.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Travel Itinerary.
- Statement of commitment that must be accomplished within a maximum of 90 (ninety) days after the date of entry into Indonesia, such as:
- Purchase Indonesian government bonds with a value of US$15.000 (fifteen thousand US Dollars),
- Purchase shares of publicly listed companies in Indonesia with a value of UUS$15.000 (fifteen thousand US Dollars), or
- Purchase mutual funds in Indonesian companies with a value of US$15.000 (fifteen thousand US Dollars)
- Documents that prove the foreigner has previously an Indonesian, as follows:
- Identity Card;
- Family Card;
- Birth Certificate;
- Passport;
- Diploma, or
- Land title certificate.
- Visa Validity
- This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within a maximum of 90 days from the date of issue.
- Please note that the validity period of the visa is different from the period of stay, please check your visa for information on the period of stay.
