3. With this visa you can

4. You must
   1. Comply with laws and regulations.

5. Other information
   1. Conducting work-related activities outside special economic zones.
   2. Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
   3. In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office.
   4. You are prohibited from doing work that is not in accordance with your stay permit.
   5. You are prohibited from selling goods or services unless necessary for the work.


6. Document Requirement 
   1. Letter of guarantee from a Guarantor located in SEZ who is the employer of the Foreigner.
   2. Passport for at least 18 months.
   3. Proof of having US$2000 living expenses.
   4. Color photograph.
   5. Curriculum Vitae.
   6. Travel Itinerary.
   7. Certificate of good behavior from the authorities in the country of origin or representatives of the country of origin of Foreigners.
   8. Results of a medical examination stating that they are free from infectious diseases that endanger public health.
   9. Recommendation from the SEZ Administrator.


7. Visa Validity
   1. This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
