  1. With this visa you can
    1. Carrying out activities related to digital expertise.
    2. Bring eligible family.
    3. Attending study in Indonesia.
    4. Conduct investment-related activities.
    5. Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
    6. Enter and exit Indonesia as long as the re-entry permit is still valid.
  2. You must
    1. Comply with Indonesian laws and regulations.
    2. Comply with the employment contract.
    3. Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
    4. Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
  3. Other information
    1. The residence permit and re-entry permit will be issued automatically when granted entry by the immigration officer.
    2. Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
    3. In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office.
    4. You are prohibited from doing work that is not in accordance with your purposed.
  4. Document Requirement
    1. Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
    2. Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account)..
    3. Latest color photograph.
    4. Curricullum vitae.
    5. Travel intinerary.
    6. Guarantee letter from guarantor.
    7. Working permit from Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
  5. Visa Validity
    1. This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
    2. Please note that the visa validity period of the visa is different from the period of stay, kindly check your visa for the period of stay Information.
